Grilled Scallops – This all-time favorite Filipino dish is completely drenched in butter and topped with melted cheese and rich browned garlic flavor.
Kuya J Kare-Kare – It is made with original peanut sauce and comes in beef and bagnet versions. The bagnet version is crispy and yummy, while the beef is not soft but well-cooked. This is served with rice, iced tea, and four side dishes (TCO Salad – Tomato, Cucumber & Onion, Garlic Kangkong, Kropek, and Kamote Chips), making it more savory and delicious.
Crispy Pata – It is fried deeply to make the pork skin crispy with tender, juicy pata meat.
Halo-Halo Espesyal – It is made using milky-smooth ice with mouth-watering ingredients. It is topped with homemade leche flan, sprinkled with crunchy cornflakes, and drizzled with sweet ube cream. Halo-halo also comes in an ube-flavored variation.
Kuya J Bulalo – It has a rich taste because of the slow-cooked beef bone and marrow, seasoned with secret spices.
Lumpia Presko – It is made with sautéed crab meat and bamboo shoot filling, rolled in a horseradish-infused wrapper with sweet garlic sauce.
Sinigang na Baboy – Using the right combination of sourness, this classic pork rice porridge is served with four side dishes (TCO Salad – Tomato, Cucumber & Onion, Garlic Kangkong, Kropek, and Kamote Chips), rice, and iced tea.
