Sonic Burger – Sonic Cheeseburger is a combination of juicy pure beef patty, melty American cheese slice, diced onions, lettuce, pickles, tomato, ketchup, and mayonnaise, placed inside a toasted bun.

History of Sonic Drive-In USA
Sonic was started on June 18, 1953, by Troy N. Smith Sr., who hailed from Shawnee, Oklahoma, where he worked as a milkman. After that, he also worked in bread delivery. Soon, Smith, along with a business partner, bought Top Hat in 1953. Together, they operated this root beer stand and steak restaurant.
Smith noticed that customers parked their vehicles outside the restaurant to place orders and walked to the restaurant. Keeping this in mind, Smith started the drive-in service. Two more drive-ins were built by 1958.
Because the name “Top Hat” was already trademarked, Smith and Pappe changed the company name to Sonic in 1959.
The Sonic fast-food restaurant chain opened its first franchise location in Woodward, Oklahoma, in 1959 to facilitate rapid expansion across the United States.
Between 1960 and 1970, the company expanded rapidly. At that time, drive-ins were available only in small towns. By 1967, this restaurant chain had 41 drive-ins. In 1972 and 1978, the number of drive-ins increased to 165 and 1,000, respectively. In the 1990s, this fast-food chain opened 100 to 150 restaurants every year.
At present, Sonic is one of the largest fast-food chains in the United States, providing its service at 3,500 locations across 46 states.
The company is known for its unique menu items, such as the Cherry Limeade and the Sonic Blast, as well as its iconic drive-in restaurants and carhops.
