Yabu Bestseller Food Items

Rosu Pork Loin – This is one of the bestseller food from this restaurant, which is served with Unlimited Japanese White Rice, Pickles & Miso Soup. It contains unlimited cabbage with fruits & Sesame in a bowl. It contains a 3 to 4 inch thick juicy premium pork cutlet, which is very soft and delicious to eat.
Yabu’s Gyudon – Under 500 Philippine Peso, this dish is served in a hot stone pot. Gyudon is made by mixing grilled US beef belly with Honey Soy Sauce & Sauteed Onions. Later, a bed of Japanese white rice is made from above, which is topped with a poached egg.
Hire Katsu Burger – This is the first choice of every Filipino. To make this, Katsu Sandwich is placed between toasted brioche buns. In which shiso leaves, shredded cabbage, pickle, tonkatsu sauce are also added. And it is served with French fries and chicken salad as per your wish.
What is Katsu or Katsuretsu?
It is a traditional Japanese dish, in which a piece of meat cutlet is coated in bread crumbs or panko. after that it is deep fried. Generally katsu is served with Japanese rice, shredded cabbage and miso soup.
There are many varieties of Katsuretsu available, which are made with beef, chicken & seafood. Beef is used to make Traditional Japanese Katsu, which is called Tonkatsu.
